Ingredients:
- Chicken breasts, diced
- Assorted vegetables (such as carrots, celery, onions)
- Chicken broth
- Garlic, minced
- Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste1
Instructions:
- Place diced chicken, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the Instant Pot.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to “Soup” mode for 10 minutes.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then carefully do a quick pressure release.
- Stir the soup and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
