Instant Pot Chicken and Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken breasts, diced
  2. Assorted vegetables (such as carrots, celery, onions)
  3. Chicken broth
  4. Garlic, minced
  5. Italian seasoning
  6. Salt and pepper to taste1

Instructions:

  1. Place diced chicken, chopped vegetables, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the Instant Pot.
  2. Pour in chicken broth.
  3. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to “Soup” mode for 10 minutes.
  4. Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then carefully do a quick pressure release.
  5. Stir the soup and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
