Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  • Place the lamb chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and discard any excess marinade.
  • Grill the lamb chops for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached.
  • In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, chopped mint leaves, and lemon juice to make the mint yogurt sauce.
  • Serve the grilled lamb chops hot with the mint yogurt sauce on the side for dipping.
