Ingredients:
- Your choice of pasta
- Italian sausage links, sliced
- Olive oil
- Garlic, minced
- Crushed tomatoes
- Heavy cream
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced sausage and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and heavy cream. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Toss cooked pasta with the sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves, and seasoned with salt and pepper.
