  • For the brioche buns:
    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 cup warm milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

  • Prepare the burger patties:

    • In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  • Make the brioche buns:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
