- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape into burger patties.

- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together warm milk and eggs. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a dough forms.
- Add melted butter to the dough and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 4 equal portions. Shape each portion into a round bun.
- Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the buns for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
