Delicious Cannoli Martini Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz (45 ml) vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz (30 ml) amaretto liqueur
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Irish cream liqueur (such as Baileys)
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) chocolate liqueur
  • 1/2 oz (15 ml) heavy cream
  • Ice cubes
  • Cannoli shell crumbs or crushed graham crackers (for rimming)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
  • Mini chocolate chips or grated chocolate (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Rim a martini glass with cannoli shell crumbs or crushed graham crackers. To do this, pour some of the chocolate liqueur onto a small plate and dip the rim of the martini glass into it. Then, dip the rim into the crumbs or crushed crackers, rotating gently to coat evenly. Set aside.

2. In a cocktail shaker, combine vanilla vodka, amaretto liqueur, Irish cream liqueur, chocolate liqueur, and heavy cream.

3. Add ice cubes to the shaker, filling it about halfway.

4. Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill the mixture.

5. Strain the cocktail into the prepared martini glass, using a fine mesh strainer if desired to catch any ice shards.

6. Optionally, top the Cannoli Martini with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips or grated chocolate for added indulgence.
