Vegetable Stir-Fry Recipe:

A colorful and nutritious stir-fry featuring a variety of vegetables in a flavorful sauce.

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  1. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  2. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  3. 1 onion, sliced
  4. 1 bell pepper, sliced
  5. 1 cup broccoli florets
  6. 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  7. 1 carrot, julienned
  8. 1/2 cup snow peas
  9. 1/4 cup soy sauce
  10. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  11. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  12. Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, and cook until fragrant.
  2. Add sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, sliced mushrooms, julienned carrot, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet.
  4. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
