Dates and Walnut Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 10 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 cups cold milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

  • Combine pitted dates, walnuts, cold milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • If desired, add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the milkshake is chilled and frothy.
  • Pour the dates and walnut milkshake into glasses and serve immediately.
