Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup beef broth
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine sliced beef, soy sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, and cook until fragrant.
- Add marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned.
- Add sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, and sliced carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Pour in beef broth and cook for another minute, until the sauce thickens slightly.
