Baked Purple Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 large purple sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are crispy and golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
