Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions:
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, and cook until fragrant.
- Add sliced bell pepper, broccoli florets, sliced mushrooms, julienned carrot, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for a few minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Pour the sauce over the vegetables in the skillet.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens and coats the vegetables.
- Serve hot over cooked rice or noodles.
